Residents are invited to attend Vice Mayor Thelda Williams’ District 1 community breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, at the Deer Valley Airport Restaurant, 702 W. Deer Valley Road.

The guest speaker for this month’s event will be Jeff DeWitt, director of the city’s Finance Department, to discuss Phoenix’s budget process.
