Residents are invited to join Councilman Bill Gates and his staff for the annual District 3 holiday mixer from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, at the Hammered Hog, 3230 E. Thunderbird Road.

There will be no formal presentation, just mingling with friends and neighbors.  Donations of canned food items will be accepted on behalf of the Desert Mission Food Bank.
