Residents are invited to join Councilman Bill Gates for his monthly coffee chat from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, at the Fraternal Order of Police, 12851 N. 19th Ave.

This month’s special guest will be Mayor-Elect Greg Stanton who will discuss his priorities as Mayor of Phoenix.  Coffee will be provided and a breakfast buffet will be available for $5.
