Hikers and users of the city of Phoenix’s vast desert preserve system now have new, improved online resources to guide their adventures.
The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department has completely renovated the Trails and Desert Preserve section of the department’s website at phoenix.gov/parks.
The new webpages include new downloadable topographical maps for all the city’s trails that offer an unprecedented level of detail; more background information on all of the city’s hiking areas; and a new cleaner and more consistent design.
