Councilwoman Thelda Williams Invites Residents to Free Auto Theft Prevention Workshop

Three District 1 Block Watch programs are partnering to host a free Auto Theft Prevention Workshop from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday Jan. 31, in the Target parking lot at Deer Valley Towne Center, 2727 W. Agua Fria Fwy.

The Goldwater Block Watch, in partnership with Country Ridge and The Springs at Yorkshire Block Watch groups, will sponsor the following free services during Saturday’s event:

• VIN etching
• Child fingerprinting and DNA kits
• License plate bracket check/removal
• Information about photo radar
• Information about local Block Watch programs and how to start a Block Watch
