Residents are invited to join Vice Mayor Tom Simplot for his monthly breakfast meeting at 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at the Neighborhood Learning Center, 1516 N. 35th Ave., (southwest corner of 35th Avenue and McDowell Road).

This month’s guest speakers are Sgt. Ben Sywarungsymun from the Maryvale Police Precinct and Deputy Chief Frank Salomon from the Fire Department. Both will provide updates on the city’s public safety departments.
