Join Vice Mayor Michael Nowakowski for his monthly chat from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, at Valley Garden Center, 1809 N. 15th Ave.

This month’s special guest is Pamela Smith, volunteer liaison with My Phoenix-My Park volunteer program. Residents are invited to attend to learn more about the program, as well as discuss any city issues or concerns with Nowakowski.
