Join Councilman Nowakowski at the Alhambra School District’s Community Expo
Residents are invited to attend the Alhambra School District’s Community Expo from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Sevilla West School, 3851 W. Missouri Ave.
Admission is free and the expo will showcase more than 100 exhibitors, including many small businesses and nonprofit organizations. In addition, the expo will feature the following presentations from community leaders:
- 9 to 9:45 a.m. - “Quality Elementary Education” by Rep. David Lujan, Arizona State Legislature
- 10 to 10:45 a.m. – “Nobody Rises to Low Expectations” by Carl Boyd, The Advice Teacher
- 11 to 11:45 a.m. – “Strengthening Families and Uniting Commnities” by District 7 Councilman Michael Nowakowski
