A 35 year old male victim listed a Ford pick-up truck for sale on a web site and received a phone call from a potential buyer on April 23, 2009. Gardemia Villalon, 29, and an unknown male suspect showed up at the victim’s home and asked to take the truck for a test drive.
As the victim got in the truck, Villalon took out a handgun and ordered the victim out of the truck.
