The U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs held a field hearing at Phoenix City Hall April 20 to hear concerns about border problems, including fallout from infighting by drug cartels, the targeting of police officers, and scores of murders and kidnappings in Tijuana, Nogales and other cities in Northern Mexico.
