Ms. Kelly returned to her place of residency at 3130 North 7th Avenue, unharmed. It appears she went willingly with a friend to avoid a confrontation with her boyfriend, Daniel Goodwin.
Mr. Goodwin was later booked into the Maricopa County Jail on one count of false reporting and one count of assault.
