Friday, May 16, is the last day for voters to cast an early ballot at an early voting site, including Phoenix City Hall, 15th floor, 200 W. Washington St.
Accessible voting devices that permit voters with disabilities to vote independently are available at the early voting sites.
Voters who received ballots by mail are urged to return their ballots quickly.
Early ballots must be received, not postmarked, by the City Clerk's Office no later than 7 p.m. on election day, May 20.
Early ballots also may be turned in at any city polling place on May 20.
Voters who were issued an early ballot, but decide to go to the polls will be required to vote a provisional ballot.
Voters will decide whether to extend an existing sales tax for parks and preserves that is scheduled to expire in 2009.
