Move-In Ready Program
The NSP Move-In Ready Program offers buyers a newly remodeled foreclosed home in an established Phoenix neighborhood, which meets HUD Housing Quality Standards, offers energy-efficient features and enhanced curb appeal.
In addition, the Move-In Ready Program offers a $15,000 interest-free loan to assist with down payment and closing costs. This no monthly payment loan from the city is forgivable and declines over a 15-year timeframe. If the owner sells the home, refinances or no longer occupies the residence prior to 15 years, the remaining balance will be due.

To date, 294 homes have been sold through the Move-In Ready Program.
Newly Built 'Green' Homes plus $15,000 in Down Payment Assistance
Fourteen new, energy-efficient, solar-powered homes are being built in the Gordon Estates Subdivision in the South Mountain communty at 16th and Apollo streets, between Southern Avenue and Baseline Road. These homes meet or exceed the Gold rating standard for green design under the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), ENERGY STAR v3, EPA WaterSense and Indoor Air Plus certification standards.
Three available floor plans, homes range from 1,650 to 1,990 square feet with prices starting in the $170s.
