Tomorrow's Involved Leaders Today (TILT) is an innovative student leadership program that empowers youth through community service to become the next generation of leaders. The program, a partnership between Neighborhood Services, Kroger Foundation and Fry’s Food and Drug, engages local youth in their communities.
TILT teaches students computer, leadership and networking skills, and introduces them to community groups active in volunteerism. Staff also engages the students in existing programs and activities, including neighborhood associations, Good Neighbor Program and Rental Renaissance Areas.
