Report a Problem

Reporting a problem in your neighborhood to Neighborhood Services staff is easy using our online forms!

Report blight - A blighted property can consist of overgrown or dead vegetation, trash, inoperable vehicles, vacant structures, outside storage, broken fences, parking on dusty surfaces and/or graffiti.

Illegal Signs - Signs placed in a right-of-way area of any type which have not been cleared by a sign permit from the Development Services Department are not legally placed.
Right-of-way areas vary throughout the city, but as a rule of thumb they include streets, curbs, medians, traffic lights, utility poles, and unimproved shoulders of streets up to private property lines and generally two and a-half feet beyond sidewalks.

Report graffiti - The Phoenix Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance requires that all sidewalks, walls, buildings, fences, signs be free from graffiti. You can take control of your neighborhood by quickly removing graffiti. Prompt removal reduces the chance of graffiti reappearing and helps maintain a safe, secure and attractive environment.
