45 acre park built in 1970.
Bond funding is available to make improvements:

New lights for the south soccer field are installed; the service entrance panel will arrive until middle of September and will be functioning this fall

  • Drinking Fountains
  • Walking paths:

The new walk on the east side was completed July 18th. The stabilized decomposed granite path will be installed after all the walks are installed

The containment area for the new play area is completed and the design of the play equipment is started and will be completed by middle of August. Installation of the new play area will start the end of September.

Design for the area lights for the entire park has started and will be completed by the end of August. Installation of the lights for the entire park will start in October with anticipated completion the end of December 2013

This 10.4 acre park will incorporate new area lights, new restroom located at the same site as the existing restroom building. Some grading at the west side of the baseball field, with new play area complete with new play equipment and three new chilled drinking fountains will be added throughout the park.
