Fast Facts on the Electric Light Parade
PARADE ROUTE
The parade will leave North Phoenix Baptist Church heading south on Central. At Camelback the entries will turn east. The parade will proceed to 7th Street where the units will turn south. Entries will continue south on 7th Street ending at Indian School Road.
The parade route is 2 miles. The parade will begin on Central Avenue, just south of the church entrance. All units will stage in the North Phoenix Baptist Church parking lot. At 5:30 p.m., large units will begin to stage on Central, north of the church entrance. De-staging will take place south of Indian School Road on 7th Street and on Indian School Road east and west of 7th Street.

2. Quality – Workmanship on entry
3. Theme – Recognition of display of parade theme
4. Overall – General appearance, eye appeal, and music
AWARD CATEGORIES
Winners in the categories below will be recognized at the Electric Light
Parade Review Party Thursday, January 10, 2013. In the parade judging
only one award per entry will be allowed, with exception of the APS and Mayor's awards, which may be awarded to any entry.
