The newly renovated 40-acre park includes: Playground with two play structures, connecting exercise paths, artificial soccer courts and turf soccer fields.  Baseball fields, basketball courts and sand volleyball courts.  Archery range, and large gathering plaza.  Shade structure and ramadas, amphitheater and open play turf areas.  Security lighting, drinking fountains restrooms, parking lot and grills.

El Prado Park

Encanto Park improvements currently under way:
Funded by Phoenix Parks and Preserve Initiative.  Project includes replacement of perimeter fence, ramadas, improvements to the sports complex, new renovated restrooms, entry monuments, and improvements to the playground areas. Irrigation upgrades have been identified and will be improved accordingly.
Anticipated completion by June 2014
