​Please note that building valuation data tables will be updated effective January 20, 2025. The outdated valuation estimates from 2011 will be replaced with the 2020 International Code Council (ICC) data. Plan reviews and building permits with fees entered prior to January 20, 2025 will not be impacted. Next year, in January 2026, the 2025 ICC data will be adopted, and annual updates will occur each January going forward to stay current.
