From Thursday, March 19 through Sunday, March 22. For public safety, certain hiking trails are restricted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Phoenix Women's Commission
Provides advocacy, leadership, and support on issues facing women of all ages to enhance their quality of life. The Commission promotes the participation of women in civic and public affairs and advises the Equal Opportunity Department on issues significant to women.
Membership
Meetings are held virtually on the 2nd Monday of the month at 3:00 pm.
The Commission is made up of 17 volunteer citizens appointed by the Mayor and City Council to a 3 year term.

The Phoenix Women's Commission's She Matters Equity Forum is the Commission's signature annual event which aims to bring together women from diverse backgrounds to engage in meaningful discussions, share insights, and foster a supportive community. The event features keynote speakers, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, all designed to empower women and address challenges. The event is usually held in the month of March to commemorate the International Women's Day on March 8th every year.
