Subrecipient Resources

The City of Phoenix has been designated by the Governor of Arizona as the Phoenix-Mesa urbanized area's recipient of federal transportation funds from the Federal Transit Administration.  In this role, the Phoenix Public Transit Department oversees how grant processes are developed and executed, reviews transit planning, operations, construction and finances for federal compliance, and provides technical assistance to subrecipients of transit funding.

Information below is provided to grantees and subrecipients as a resource.  Should a question arise about compliance, please contact the Phoenix Public Transit Department at the numbers listed below.

The City of Phoenix will take appropriate measures necessary to ensure subrecipient agencies comply with all applicable federal requirements.
