The GENERAL PLAN UPDATE VISIONING ACTIVITY was held on Wednesday November 18, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. located in the Cowden Center (John C Lincoln Medical Center Campus), 9202 North 2nd Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
