NOTICE OF RESULTS
Library Advisory Board

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Library Advisory Board and to the general public, that the Library Advisory Board held a meeting open to the public on November 18, 2009, at 12:00 p.m. located in the Board Room, 3^rd Floor, Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

One or more Committee Members may participate via telephone conference call.

 

The results of the meeting were as follows:

Briefing Not Presented	2.	City Librarian’s Briefing.  Written briefing items from senior staff and verbal briefing by the City Librarian will be presented without Board discussion.
Updates Provided	3.	City Council Communication Update.  Verbal briefing by individual Board members will be presented without Board discussion.	Board members
Announce-ments Made	4.	Library Advisory Board Announcements, Information and Follow-Up Requests.  This item is scheduled to give Board members an opportunity to make announcements or publicly request information or follow-up on issues of interest to library patrons.  If the information is available, staff will provide it to the Board member immediately.  There will be no discussion of any items not posted on the agenda, and no decisions will be made or action taken.
