Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX SISTER CITIES COMMISSION and to the general public, that the FINANCE cOMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on November 18, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. located at the Protocol & Sister Cities Conference Room, 4^th Floor, Historic City Hall, 17 South 2^nd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
