NOTICE OF RESULTS

ESTRELLA VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to members of the ESTRELLA VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the ESTRELLA VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on TUESDAY, November 17, 2009, at 6:00 p.m., located at Fowler District Board Room, 1617 South 67th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

Note:

1.   Agenda items may be taken out of order.

2.   Anyone wishing to address an item should complete a speaker card. 

3.   Those wishing to address an item that may be voted on should signify their support or opposition on the speaker card.

4.   Due to the time required for the number of items, the following time limits are recommended so that the Committee may give all the items the same level of attention:

·     Staff report and recommendation

·        Applicant: (15 minutes)

·        Other interested parties:  (2 minutes)

·        Applicant response: (5 minutes)

·        Staff comments: (5 minutes)

·        Floor Closed: Committee motion, discussion and vote.

RESULTS
Called to Order	1.	Call to Order.
Continued	2.	Review and approval of the October 20, 2009 minutes.
		RECOMMENDATION ITEMS:
Approved	3.	Presentation, discussion, and possible recommendation on GPA-CTYW-1-08 a city-initiated change to the General Plan Street Classification Map. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on December 9, 2009.
Election Held	4.	Nomination and election of 2010 Estrella Village Planning Committee Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
Adopted	5.	Discussion and possible action regarding the 2010 meeting schedule of the Estrella Village Planning Committee.
Update Provided	6.	Staff update on cases recently reviewed by the committee (not for committee discussion or action).
None	7.	Public comments concerning items not on the agenda (not for committee discussion or action).
None	8.	Committee member requests for information, follow-up or future agenda items (not for committee discussion or action).   THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING IS DECEMBER 15, 2009.
