NOTICE OF RESULTS
PHOENIX EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS BOARD and to the general public, that the PHOENIX EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS BOARD held a meeting open to the public on November 17, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. located Suite 105, Barrister Building, 101 S. Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.

Consideration, decision and action regarding the proper filing of Case CA-305, the Charged Party's Motion to Dismiss and the Charging Party's Response to the Charged Party's Motion to Dismiss.  The Board will take appropriate action, which may include dismissal of the Charge thereof in whole or part, or allow the Charged Party ten days to file a Response to Charge subsequent to the issuance of an order denying the motion pursuant to the PERB Rules and Regulations. 

 

Rule 5.2 defines the required content of a motion; requires that a response to a motion must be filed within 10 days after service of a motion; defines who may hear a motion and whether oral argument shall be heard.
