Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD—PHOENIX SONORAN PRESERVE COMMITTEE (pspc) and to the general public, that the PSPC held a meeting open to the public on November 16, 2009, at 6:00 PM located in the Parks and Recreation Natural Resources Division Conference Room, 2705 N. 15th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
