VISIONING

ACTIVITY 2: ENVISION THE FUTURE

 

THIS ACTIVITY TOOK PLACE AS SCHEDULED.  NO COMMITTEE BUSINESS WAS DISCUSSED AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.

 

The GENERAL PLAN UPDATE VISIONING ACTIVITY was held on Monday, November 16, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. located in Classroom 101, at the Goelet A. Beuf Community Center, 3435 West Pinnacle Peak Road.

 

The General Plan Update Visioning Activity will take place immediately after the adjournment of the Village Planning Committee meeting, but not earlier than 6:00 p.m.

 

A quorum of the Rio Vista Village Planning Committee may be present.  This forum is open to the public. There will be discussions and public participation during the activity and/or questions and answers.  Discussion and possible action on Rio Vista Planning Committee business will take place at a regularly scheduled meeting only.

 

The agenda for the forum is as follows:

 

1.	Explain visioning process
2.	Present Big Question Number 2 and list responses: Imagine Phoenix as the best it can be in 2050.  What do you see?
3.	Discuss next steps
