ASSISTED HOUSING GOVERNING BOARD

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the ASSISTED HOUSING GOVERNING BOARD and to the general public, that the ASSISTED HOUSING GOVERNING BOARD held a meeting open to the public on March 3, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. located in the Phoenix City Council Chambers, 200 W. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

The results of the meeting were as follows:

APPROVED	4.	Review and approval of the February 03, 2010 Assisted Housing Governing Board meeting minutes.  ACTION ITEM	Board
APPROVED	5.	A Resolution authorizing the City Manager or his designee, to enter into a long term lease agreement with PERC Frank Luke Addition LLC; and declaring an emergency. ACTION ITEM	Board
APPROVED	6.	A Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to amend and extend the existing Housing Assistance Payment Contract No. 115903 with Phoenix Broadway Associates Ltd./Sunrise Vista Apartments for an additional five years. ACTION ITEM	Board
	7.	Adjournment	Chairperson Gordon
