Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the City of Phoenix TRANSPORTATION, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SUSTAINABILITY SUBCOMMITTEE and to the general public, that the City of Phoenix TRANSPORTATION, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SUSTAINABILITY SUBCOMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. located in the City Council Subcommittee Room, 12th Floor, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

Request for Proposals for Bus Advertising Services: This report requests Transportation, Infrastructure and Sustainability Subcommittee approval for the Public Transit Department to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a firm to manage advertising sales at bus stop shelters, to develop new street furniture programs, and, as an optional service, manage the sale of advertising on the city-owned bus fleet. The RFP would include a transparent lobbying provision. This item is for action.

Administrative Appeals Process for Neighborhood Traffic Mitigation Petition Results: The purpose of this report is to outline proposed appeal procedures for residents who disagree with and want to appeal the Neighborhood Traffic Mitigation Program petition results. A new appeals process was requested by the City Council Transportation, Infrastructure and Sustainability Subcommittee during its October 8, 2009 meeting. This item is for discussion and possible action.
