SOUTH MOUNTAIN VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the SOUth mountain VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the SOUth mountain VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public TUESDAY, November 10, 2009, at 6:30 p.m., located at the located at the Travis L. Williams Service Center, 4732 South Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Called to order	1.	Call to order, introduction and announcements by the chair.
Approved	2.	Review and recommendation on the October 13, 2009 meeting minutes.
None	3.	Public Comments concerning items not on the agenda (not for committee discussion or action).
Continued	4.	GPA-CTWY-1-08: Presentation, discussion, and possible recommendation on a city-initiated change to the General Plan Street Classification Map. The Planning Commission will review this case on December 2, 2009.
Discussed	5.	Presentation and discussion regarding stakeholder list for the South Central Avenue Corridor Study.
Items identified	6.	Committee member requests for information, follow-up or future agenda items. Not for committee discussion or action.
Discussed	7.	Committee Announcements and presentation by committee members about various meetings, conferences, and planning activities they attended.  Not for committee discussion or action.
