Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX SISTER CITIES COMMISSION and to the general public, that the BOARD OF DIRECTORS held a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, February 24, 2010, at 12:00 p.m. located in the Ceremonial Room, 3rd Floor, Historic City Hall, 17 S. 2nd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
