| A Matter of Balance - Senior | Eight-week exercise and safety session offered to seniors to help reduce the chance of falling by improving balance. Contact your local senior center for more information. |
| Annual Physical Exams for Firefighters | The annual exams meet OSHA and NFPA requirements and include: blood analysis, hearing and visual evaluations, pulmonary function, stress tests, SCBA fit testing and more. These services are available to any sworn firefighter in Maricopa County or the surrounding area. |
| Baby Shots Program - Youth | The Baby Shots Program is a provider for The Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program which is federally funded and provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of the inability to pay. |
| Blood Pressure Checks - Senior | Blood pressure checks are provided by nursing students and retired nurses at seven of the city senior centers. Contact your local senior center for more information. |
| Domestic Partnership Registry | Declaration and registration for gender-neutral domestic partnership to secure your right to visitation with a partner in a health care facility within the City of Phoenix. |
| Discount Prescription Card | Free discount card allows you to save up to 75% on prescriptions immediately with no paperwork to fill out. |
| Domestic Violence Services - Family Advocacy Center | The City of Phoenix Family Advocacy Center (FAC) provides comprehensive services to victims of violence. The FAC serves as one central location for victims of violence to receive services. Partnerships with community-based organizations provide valuable advocacy services to victims and their families. Scottsdale Healthcare provides onsite forensic medical exams to collect DNA and other physical evidence which can be used in the criminal prosecution of a case. |

| Flu Shots - Senior | Flu and pneumonia shots are offered in the fall by the Mollen Flu Clinic, CVS and other providers. These vaccines are available at several City of Phoenix senior centers. Contact your local senior center for more information. |
| Fluoridation in City's Water System | During the water treatment process, fluoride levels are increased to the level considered necessary to attain dental benefits. |
| Granular Activated Carbon Treatment | The Water Services Department has improved the water treatment process with the addition of granular activated carbon (GAC) to comply with the Stage II Disinfection By-Products Rule. |
| Grief and Loss - Senior | Those experiencing grief or the loss of a loved one are invited to contact their local community senior center for information on future support groups. |
| Head Start/Early Head Start - EPSDT Exams - Youth | Staff assists families with children enrolled in Head Start and Early Head Start to ensure they are up to date on AHCCCS Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) requirements for medical, dental, and immunizations. |
| Head Start/Early Head Start - Dental Services | Dental exams and treatments are available for pregnant women and children without insurance who are enrolled participants in Head Start/ Early Head Start. |

| Medical Insurance Referrals | Family Services Centers provide uninsured citizens with referrals for medical insurance. Contact your local family services center for more information. |
| Sewer Related Service Issues | The Water Services Department provides several services to Phoenix residents, including spraying areas where sewer odors are a concern and painting manhole covers with insecticide to control cockroaches. For services involving sewer backups or overflow from a manhole cover please call 602.262.6691 or 602.261.8000. |
| Support Groups | Support groups are available for caregivers who provide assistance to individuals living with Alzheimer's or Diabetes. Alzheimer's support is available at Deer Valley and Paradise Valley Senior Centers. Diabetes support is available at Sunnyslope Senior Center. Please contact the centers for additional information. |
| Water Treatment | Water is treated and tested to ensure the highest water quality standard. All water produced meets Federal, County and State requirements. |
| Water Flushing Program | This program is used to optimize water quality in the distribution system. Hydrants are flushed based on water quality parameters including temperature, chlorine residual and turbidity. |
| Wastewater Treatment | The city treats over 250 million gallons of wastewater each day. Wastewater treatments meet all Federal, County and State requirements. |
| Wellness Program | Fitness equipment purchasing, maintenance and inventory, Tier Medical Program counseling, monthly dermatology screenings and IMETT testing. These services are available to all active and civilian fire department members. |
