| Healthy Breakfast - Senior | Fifteen senior centers offer a healthy breakfast once a week by providing an assortment of healthy food items. This meal is provided to those who are members of the community center. |
| La Familia Garden Program | This program teaches healthy eating and food preparation at the Bret Tarver Learning Center and allows participants to plant, grow and reap fresh seasonal vegetables. Please contact the Bret Tarver Learning Center for more information. |
| Nutrition Classes - Senior | Human Services offers a wide variety of nutrition education including food demonstrations, waist watchers, nutrition talk, healthy food choices and Terri's nutrition corner. Contact your local senior center for more information. |
| Roadrunner Park Farmers' Market | Located in the cities very own Roadrunner Park, this farmers market features local farm produce including fresh vegetables & fruit, baked goods, honey, jams and jellies, nursery stock, natural pork, beef and fish, hand crafted items.
