Three Ways to Achieve Successful Homeownership

Three programs are available to eligible buyers through city of Phoenix NSP funding:

1. Move-In Ready 
   Provides a $15,000 loan to use toward closing costs and down payment to purchase a newly improved foreclosed home ready for "move in" and available for sale in specific city of Phoenix ZIP codes.

2. Homeownership Assistance
   Provides a $15,000 loan to use toward closing costs and down payment for eligible buyers of foreclosed homes anywhere within the city of Phoenix limits.
