PROJECTS OVERVIEW
To keep pace with the Valley’s growth, Phoenix Airports have more than 150 projects budgeted at more than $600 million underway or recently completed. Airport tenants have more than 45 improvement projects progressing.
Sky Harbor Projects
Projects approved for Sky Harbor include:
- A new, 33 gate West Terminal (including demolition of Terminal 2)
- Automated Train – Stage 2 (Stage 1 has been previously approved.)
- Re-alignment of Sky Harbor Blvd. west of Terminal 3 & two new taxiways
- Improvements to the Terminal 4 International Concourse
