Phoenix Sky Harbor International Aviation Symposium

The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Aviation Symposium has a reputation in the industry as being the “must attend” event of the year. Under the theme “Capitalization, Competition & Consolidation? Global View of the Aviation Industry,” this year's event is designed to bring top aviation and governmental officials from around the world together in Phoenix to discuss current issues facing the industry today.

We’re looking forward to seeing you March 26 to 28, 2008 at the world-famous Phoenician Resort located at the base of the stunning Camelback Mountain in Phoenix.

The event will begin Wednesday evening, March 26 with an opening reception where you will have the opportunity to network with your fellow colleagues. Thursday and Friday will feature panel discussions throughout the day followed by social events in the evenings. The 17th Annual Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Aviation Symposium will be filled with discussions on current issues facing the aviation industry today. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Symposium Group Rate
Room rates for this event will be US$400 per night plus tax and a one-time $14 portage fee. A block of rooms has been reserved on a first come, first served basis until Feb. 24, 2008. After that date, reservations will be taken on a space-available basis. Please identify yourself as an attendee of the 17th Annual International Aviation Symposium if you make your reservations by phone.

Note that neither Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport nor the Phoenician Resort can guarantee room availability or the availability of the Group Rate once the guest room block is filled, so make your room reservations early.

Hotel Internet Access
An optional “Work In Work Out Package” is available to guests. This combines several options for one daily fee of $25. For this fee, you will receive the combined use of local and 800 number phone calls, long distance calls made within North America, high speed Internet access for the guestroom, and use of space facilities including vanity amenities, whirlpools, steam rooms, saunas, Swiss showers, the Meditation Atrium, the Waters Bar featuring complimentary refreshments and fitness entrance (spa facilities is normally a $20 per day entrance fee). If you would like to take advantage of this service, please let the Front Desk know upon check-in.
