At Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, customer service is a top priority, second only to safety and security. Our airport employees work hard and do great things everyday. We constantly hear stories of employees who go out of their way and beyond their job description to assist passengers. And with 41 million passengers a year, that is a lot of stories!

Employees observed displaying a “Friendly, Let me help You” or FLY attitude are awarded with a FLY clip to display with their badges, recognized throughout the airport and given a token of appreciation. The “FLY” (Friendly Let me help You) Challenge provides an opportunity to recognize excellent customer service.
