At Sky Harbor, customer service is second only to security. Ensuring a positive experience for all who visit and/or interact with the Airport in any way is a top priority for all aviation staff. “We are all working together to be America’s Friendliest Airport™,” says Alisa Nakashima-Smith, Sky Harbor’s customer service manager. The following are some of Sky Harbor’s customer service amenities.

Sky Harbor Navigators are a group of friendly volunteers whose mission is to make your trip through Sky Harbor Airport faster, easier, and more enjoyable. Navigator Volunteers provide directions, information, and friendly assistance.

Planning a trip that involves air travel? Here are some travel tips to streamline your airport experience.

Sky Harbor Travelers Aid operates from the Chapel in Terminal 4, Level 3. The staff includes Chaplain Al Young, director and Rebecca Martin, case manager. Did you lose something at the airport? The Sky Harbor Lost and Found office is located in the annex building just west of the Operations Center, between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 at 3300 E. Sky Harbor Blvd. Phoenix, Arizona 85034. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The telephone number is (602) 273-3333.

At Sky Harbor, we believe that everyone should have equal access, that is why meeting the needs of travelers with special needs has reached a new level at the airport.

Wireless Internet is available on the gate levels of all three terminals at no charge to passengers.
