The City of Phoenix Storm Water Policies and Standards Manual, 1st Edition, March 2004, has been updated. The Phoenix Storm Water Policies and Standards Manual, 2nd Edition, April 2011, is now available. The new edition adds clarifications to the existing standards and updates various design aid tools.
The 2nd edition will become effective after City Council approval is received, which is expected to occur in fall 2011. Projects already under review by the City on or before the effective date of the new edition will be reviewed using the 1st edition requirements. Projects submitted after the effective date will be reviewed using the requirements in the 2nd edition. A summary of revisions is included at the beginning of the 2nd edition document, pages i-iii.
