Charm School) showcases a new boutique fashioned inside a once-abandoned
historic structure in the Capitol Mall area; a progress report on
the billion dollar, mixed-use development in Downtown Phoenix known
as CityScape; and a 1970s office building is recycled to become a
modern Mecca that's raised the bar for accessibility.

of adapting older buildings for new uses.Featured on the program:
The popular Postino Wine Café moves into a legendary location on Central
Avenue; a vintage firehouse is now Bomberos Cafe and Wine Bar in Sunnyslope;
a 1940s gas station is transformed into Copper Star Coffee in the
Melrose on 7th Ave. area of Central Phoenix, among other examples.
Special appearances by Vice Mayor Tom Simplot, District 3 Councilwoman
Maria Baier, Local First AZ's Kimber Lanning, and more.
