reorganization plans. She also learns more about Cox Communications
and its sustainability and conservation efforts.

Thelda Williams talks to Redflex Traffic Systems executive, Dr. Aaron
Rosenberg, about speed enforcement cameras on Arizona highways. Then,
Williams proudly introduces her hard-working District 1 staff to Phoenix
residents.

- Councilwoman Thelda Williams highlights the Arizona State University's
Veterans Upward Bound program and the Beatitudes Center, which focuses
on assistance to the senior community.

Thelda Williams discusses the newly-formed Pioneer Village Development
Group along with the comprehensive services provided by the city of
Phoenix to victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse.

Thelda Williams discusses the city's Shop Phoenix program with Paul
Katsenes, assistant director for Community and Economic Development,
and JoAnn Truax, general manager for Outlets at Anthem. Williams then
speaks with Deputy City Manager Ed Zuercher about the city's Special
Revenue Task force and the ideas they've been coming up with to generate
new revenue.
