video icon October 2008 - Councilman Michael Nowakowski is On the Road to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, honoring successful Latino athletes, artists, community activists and small business owners.
video icon June 2008 - Councilman Michael Nowakowski features members of his newly formed District 7 Youth Council and highlights of their first meeting. He'll also learn about the city's Summer Reading Program and receive neighborhood updates from community leaders within his district.
video icon May 2008 - Councilman Michael Nowakowski will highlight the activities of the Neighborhood Revitalization Task Force serving South Phoenix and underscore the importance of a new police precinct going up in District 7. He also will speak with community activists from different areas of the district.
video icon April 2008 - Councilman Michael Nowakowski honors the winners of the Outstanding Young Man/Young Woman in his district. He'll discuss the city's Summer Youth Work Experience Program and pay tribute to a man known as the Father of the West Valley, John F. Long. He'll also highlight the activities of the Willo Historic District, the 89th Avenue Neighborhood Block Watch and the Laveen Village Planning Committee.
