  • If a project has received preliminary site plan approval prior to the implementation of the new standards , but has not submitted engineering plans, the engineering plans can be reviewed under the previous standards upon request to your DSD plan reviewer.
  • If a Planned Community Development (PCD) project that is required to submit a master water and wastewater drainage plan and report has an approved submitted the plan and report prior to the implementation of the new design standards , but has not submitted engineering plans, the engineering plans for any site plan within the PCD can be reviewed under the previous standards upon request to your DSD plan reviewer.
