Information for Vendors Interested in Doing Business With the City
1. Comply with the city's Affirmative Action Requirements by completing and filing Affirmative Action forms with the Equal Opportunity Department (EOD). All vendors are required to be in compliance before bidding on city projects.
2. If you are interested in Minority, Woman or Small Business certification, visit the MWSBE Web site or call 602-262-7716 for more information.
3. If you offer commodities or general services, contact the Purchasing Division staff or visit them during open vendor hours from 1 to 3:30 p.m. every Wednesday at 251 W. Washington St., 8th Floor.
4. If you offer professional services or to participate in purchases below $1,000, contact the business laison of each department. See also Requests for Proposalsand Requests for Qualifications.
5. If you offer information technology professional services, apply for the Qualified IT Vendor List or contact Information Technology Services at 602-262-4481.
6. If you offer construction services, including subcontracting or consulting opportunities, contact the Engineering and Architectural Services Department or call 602-495-7274 for more information.
7. For information about current Purchasing opportunities, review Goods/General Services Current Solicitations and Goods/General Services Upcoming Solicitations on a regular basis. Please note that the Purchasing Division does not send out notices of current solicitations or maintain a vendor list. Internet access is available at all public libraries.
8. For solicitation result/award information, review Goods/General Services/Tabulation and Awards. Preliminary information is available within five business days following the solicitation bid opening date.
