Campaign Finance Information
Reporting and Filing Periods

In any calendar year during which there is a regularly scheduled election, or a special election, at which any candidates, measures, questions or propositions appear or may appear on the ballot, the political committee shall file each of the following campaign finance reports. (A.R.S. §§ 16-913(B) and 16-913(C))

File Campaign Finance Reports
All required campaign finance reports must be filed with the City Clerk by the deadline date to avoid penalties for late filing. To be considered received on time, the report must be submitted electronically and received by the City Clerk Department no later than 5 p.m. on the deadline date. (A.R.S. § 16-916)
