The City of Phoenix' Lobbying Ordinance requires certain individuals to register as a lobbyist. If you are meeting with an Elected Official for the purpose of influencing action you may need to register. To see if you are required to register as a lobbyist, or to see the other requirements, you may go to the Lobbyist FAQs webpage or read the Lobbying Ordinance in the Phoenix City Code, Chapter 2, Article XXX, section 2-1000 to 2-1005.
