Certification Workshop Schedule
EOD conducts quarterly certification workshops for small business owners interested in doing business with Phoenix. Workshops are held at locations throughout the city, including in all eight City Council districts, at Phoenix City Hall and in other city facilities.
Certification ensures that small business owners have an equal economic opportunity to participate in city business projects. The department hosts the instructional sessions to provide technical assistance to firms in completing the application process.

Faces of Diversity Brown Bag Lecture Series
EOD and the Phoenix Human Relations Commission sponsor the Faces of Diversity Brown Bag Series to provide cultural diversity awareness education in an entertaining and informative setting.
The department hosts the free events from noon to 1 p.m. on the third Friday of the month in the Phoenix City Council Chambers, 200 West Jefferson St. The series allows city staff and members of the community to learn about and enjoy diverse facets about our community.
Note: Check the link below to confirm the day of the lecture. Some lectures that may be scheduled on a day other than the third Friday of the month based on speaker availability.
