College Depot Graphic NEWCollege Depot, located on the second floor of Burton Barr Central Library at 1221 N. Central Ave., will host five free workshops in January.

  • Understanding Financial Aid + FAFSA Lab (2 sessions)
    10 - 11:30 a.m. – Saturday, Jan. 12
    5:30 - 6:45 p.m. – Thursday, Jan. 24
    Learn how to pay for college with financial aid, scholarships, work-study and savings, followed by individual assistance with the FAFSA application.
  • How to Pay for College (presented in Spanish)
    6 - 7 p.m. – Tuesday, Jan. 15
    Learn how to pay for college with financial aid, scholarships, work-study and savings.
  • Searching for Scholarships + Hands-on Lab (2 sessions)
    5:30 - 6:45 p.m. – Wednesday, Jan. 16
    5:30 - 6:45 p.m. – Thursday, Jan. 31
    Get tips on searching for scholarships and put what you learn to the test in a hands-on computer session.
