Valley car enthusiasts can take a step back in time when Phoenix’s Heritage & Science Park hosts the “Motoring Through Time – Where the transportation past meets the future!” classic vehicle exhibit from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2.

The free event will feature more than 100 classic and antique cars, trucks, travel trailers, motorcycles and more dating from the early 1900s to the mid-1980s, including Model Ts, Packards and Corvettes. A 1947 International Pickup (Seabees) paired with a large detailed replica of the USS Arizona will be an event highlight.

After enjoying the exhibit, car enthusiasts can enjoy world-class dining without ever leaving the park. Pizzeria Bianco, Nobuo at Teeter House and the Rose & Crown all call the park home, using the site’s historic buildings to turn out renowned cuisine.

Heritage & Science Park, a facility of the Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department, is located at Sixth and Monroe streets in downtown Phoenix. It’s within walking distance of light rail stations at Third Street and Washington/Jefferson streets and Central and First avenues and Van Buren Street.
